 About Me
My name is Kellie Bosch. I am a wife, a mother of one sweet little girl with another on the way, a birth doula and a postpartum doula. I have a love for pregnancy and childbirth and believe that every woman deserves to be surrounded by people who are looking out for her best interests and those of her family. I hope to encourage women to become aquainted with the process of childbirth and empower them to make informed decisions about their care and the care of their unborn child. Empowering women means insuring they have all the information to make confident decisions and then supporting them in those decisions.
I graduated from St.Francis Xavier University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. I have received both my birth doula and postpartum doula training through DONA (Doulas of North America). I am certified in First Aid and CPR as well as Infant Resuscitation. As a part of my training I have voluntarily shadowed one of the local birth doulas and one of the local Obstetricians and have learned extensively through those experiences.
